Wayne surprised by this accusation, “The hell you talking about.  You really got your ass beat in that fight.”

Andrew stands defensive, “No! You’re not my family!”

Wayne motions to his sister, standing near the door, to go for help as he moves closer to Andrew in an attempt to subdue him.  As Wayne steps forward, Andrew rushes him, ramming his left shoulder into Wayne’s abdomen, and pushing him backwards.  Before Andrew has realized, Wayne is falling from three stories up.

Looking on as Kimiko and Andrew come back to reality, the suit scorns, “Well, shit.  That’s not what was supposed to happen.”  He steps down off the stage, and motions to his minions to step back.  As Andrew and Kimiko regain a defensive stance before their foe, he greats them, “Y’all suck.  You’re supposed to be begging for my forgiveness and pledging forever allegiance to me.  Since you’re not; I guess I’ll, introduce myself; the name’s Mortius Cor.  I can’t say I’m happy about you two coming in here and raining on my parade.”

Andrew chuckles “Don’t much care.”

Shrugging it all off, Cor replies, “Eh, not that big a deal, ‘cause Sanders here is going to take care of you.”  Looking to Sanders, “Make it quick.”

Sanders takes no time in rushing the two heroes.  Kimiko takes no chance and pushes Andrew out of the way of the assault, having only a half second to bring her arms in an X before her to block Sanders punch. As Kimiko takes a step back to maintain her balance, “Really that’s the best you have.  Damn puppy.”

Sanders, enraged by the belittlement of being compared to a lowly dog; roars, changing into his full werewolf form, he then charges Kimiko again.  Before Sanders can land another punch, Kimiko, has unleashed the glowing blood red eyes and fangs to be expected from someone of her caliber. Sanders rushes Kimiko and lands one hard solid straight right hand punch to Kimiko’s face; she loses balance and falls flat on her back, yet uses the momentum of the strike to throw her legs over her head and roll to her feet.  Kimiko sidesteps Sanders’ next punch to the left, and counters with a harsh right punch to his left cheek.  Sanders has no time to find his footing before feeling the full force of Kimiko’s right frontal punch to his face, followed by a devastating left upper cut that tosses him to the floor on his back.

Sanders, uses what momentum he can find to roll to his feet.  As he gains his footing, he is greeted by an airborne Kimiko, who delivers a solid straight right punch to the top of Sanders head.  Kimiko lands solid on her feet and delivers a series of left-right-left punches to Sanders’ face and snout.  Dazed by this unrelenting attack, Sanders has no defense for what Kimiko has next.  With open hand, she extends her nails, like spikes, and jabs her hand through Sanders’ chest.  As Kimiko pulls her hand from where Sanders’ heart once was, he falls, dead.

Andrew has taken the chance of the fight between Kimiko and Sanders, to follow Mortis Cor.  Cor has left the church and his making his way around the church toward the road.  Aiming his pistol, Andrew stops him, “Where the deuce you think you’re going?”

Cor turns toward Andrew and is greeted by a .45 to the face, chest and arm.  Normally this would be bothersome, however, Cor simply shrugs off the bullet.  He laughs at Andrew, “Really?  That’s all ya got?”  Cor spawns a black shadow arm from his back; digs it into the ground in front of him and thrust himself toward Andrew.

All Andrew can do in reaction in unload the last five rounds of his pistol; only one of them strikes Cor, doing no good.  Cor lands a solid straight right punch to Andrew’s face sending him backwards.  Before Andrew can gain a refoot, Cor strikes with a left.

Andrew manages to rebound and get a solid right punch on Cor.  Cor, though, still having his shadow arm equipped, uses it to grab and toss Andrew against the side of the church.  With Andrew stunned, Cor quickly closes the gap and delivers four left-right punches to Andrew’s abdomen and chest, followed by a solid left strike to the side of Andrew’s face which throws him stumbling.

Andrew is able to block the next incoming attack, and jumping into the air, gives Cor a right hook followed by a solid blow to Cor’s throat.  This strike forces Cor backward, Andrew takes no chances and moves in.  Andrew delivers another solid strike to Cor’s face, followed by and solid, right upper cut.  As Andrew goes for his third strike, Cor’s shadow arm blocks the punch and then back hands Andrew; forcing him to stumble backward.  Cor, now has another chance to lay the hurt on Andrew. Cor, spawns another shadow arm and uses both of his shadow arms to hurl himself toward Andrew.

Before Cor can react, Andrew has drawn his sword, and sliced off one of Cor’s shadow arms.  Andrew wastes no time in closing the gap between him and Cor.  Andrew makes slice after slice; Cor managing to dodge everyone.  Cor finds his opening and uses his shadow arm to jab at Andrew from afar.  Andrew just barely dodges the attack and slices the last arm off and then bolts for Cor.  Cor has no time to react.  As Andrew charges, a power overcomes him; and he prays:

In the name of all that is sacred and holy.

The souls of the impure

Shall be sentenced to an eternity of pain

In the depths of the abyss.

Through the power invested in me by the Holy Roman Church;

I sentence thee to eternal damnation in Hell.

Filii in nomine Patris, et Spiritus Sancti.

As Andrew finishes the poem; he finds that his sword has found a home embedded in Cor’s abdomen.  Andrew hears a cackling laughter from behind him and turns to see Damien.

“Good show ol’ chap.  I knew you and Kimiko had what it takes to beat these ass hats.”

Tossing Damien a scornful glare, Andrew greets him, “Should’ve known you’d show up.”

Offended, Damien, retorts, “Well duh.  That mother fucker you have your sword in is, however unfortunate, one of mine.”

Kimiko, now beside Andrew, back to human form, glares at Damien, “You know what we had to go through?”

Looking off to the side, “Yea well it’s not like the two of you didn’t handle it.”

Andrew straight, “Go to Hell asshole!”

“Been there, done that, got the t-shirt.”

Damien walks over to Andrew who still has a hand on his sword, buried into Cor; “So guess you won’t be starting that rebellion.”  Damien looks to Andrew, “Do me a flavor and take this bastards head.”

Andrew, takes no hesitation in doing so; as Cor’s body slumps to the ground, “There, are we finished now?”

Looking around at the now still husks of people that once were, “Not quite.”  Damien, eyes black as the void of space, “Finish this.”

Andrew, overcome once more by a power not his own, looks about himself, “By the will of Satan, I release thee.”

With these words, all those that were under the control of Mortis Cor, snap back to reality.  Confused and lost they begin to gain awareness of what has happened to them.

Andrew takes his gaze to Damien, but he and the remains of Mortis Cor have vanished; nothing to trace.

After a long day of celebrating with his girls on another job well done Andrew cuddles down to bed.  His gaze is distracted for a moment as he notices a precariously perched owl, seeming to stand on over watch, in the tree outside his window.  He thinks nothing more of it and lays down for a solid eight.  As he falls to sleep in the arms of his beloved Rachel, he wonders; what would his reaction be if he ever truly stood in front of his long lost brother?
